Job Description:

A company is looking for a Jira Administrator to support and maintain their Atlassian suite.

Key Responsibilities

Streamline and standardize Jira Service Management across multiple teams
Collaborate with teams to develop processes, automation, and workflows
Enhance Jira usage by providing updates and implementing new features

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Jira Administration (Cloud or Data Center)
Strong knowledge of JQL and Jira project/workflow setups
Experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Proven track record in developing and implementing IT services
Bonus: Recent Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-100, ACP-610, ACP-620)
