Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Innovation to lead new
product launches and commercialization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate the end-to-end commercialization process from concept
to market launch
Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams for
seamless product development
Oversee market research to inform product development and
positioning strategies
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience with successful
product launches
Proven experience in product development and commercialization in
the CPG or food & beverage industry
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to lead and motivate
teams
Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects
simultaneously
Deep understanding of the consumer goods market and consumer
preferences
