Position Description: Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a General Laborer. This role involves operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained on the production floor. The ideal candidate will be capable of operating equipment efficiently, conducting visual inspections for quality assurance, and contributing to general workplace tidiness and maintenance.
Responsibilities:

• Machinery & Equipment Operation: Operate assigned machinery and material handling equipment in alignment with Operational Standard Work and instructions from supervisors.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring machine guards and safety features are operational.
• Material Handling: Engage in the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring processes are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections of products to maintain our commitment to quality standards.
• Housekeeping & Maintenance: Contribute to general housekeeping efforts and perform basic maintenance tasks within the work area as needed.
• Operational Adherence & Flexibility: Comply with all workplace rules and procedures and carry out various operational assignments as directed by supervisory staff.Qualifications:
  
  • Experience in machinery/equipment operation or willingness to learn.
