Responsibilities:
--- Generate leads through proactive outbound cold calling and effectively manage inbound inquiries.
--- Evaluate potential property deals based on local market trends and company investment criteria.
--- Build strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and potential investors in the Orlando area.
--- Manage all leads in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing potential opportunities.
--- Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners or their representatives.
--- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth transition of acquired properties.
--- Stay updated on the local Orlando real estate market, maintaining awareness of trends and conditions to provide accurate information to potential sellers and the team.

Qualifications:
--- A background in sales or a similar role, with comfort and ease in phone communications.
--- Exceptional negotiation skills and a keen eye for a good deal.
--- Proficiency in CRM systems - you know that organization is key to success.
--- A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills - nothing slips by you!

Salary: As a commitment to your success, we offer a competitive salary for the first 90 days. After that, your hard work and perseverance pay off directly through a commission-based structure.

About Company:
Kaizen Capital Group LLC was founded in 2015 to buy homes from these folks who don't want to list with a realtor. We are not Realtors. We are real estate investors. Since then, we have bought, renovated, and sold over 100 homes in Florida. We're pretty good at this business.

Today we have three lines of business:

We buy homes from motivated sellers and resell them to other investors.We buy homes, renovate them, and resell them to retail buyers.We buy homes for our rental portfolio. We do our own property management.
