Please apply today!Compensation:100,000+Responsibilities:Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transactionWork closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirementsProspect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at largeCommunicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decisionEnsure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelinesQualifications:Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System RegistryPrevious experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferredBachelor's degree from a four year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related fieldFamiliarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of CreditSeveral years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending requiredAbout CompanyThe Strata Group is a forward-thinking real estate team motivated by results and inspired by its people.
