Join our team and contribute your expertise to providing safe and reliable transportation services.Location: Orlando, FloridaJob Summary: As a Motor Coach Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating our motor coaches to transport passengers to their destinations. Your exceptional driving skills, attention to passenger safety, and commitment to excellent customer service will ensure a positive experience for our clients. This position is open to veterans with a CDL Class A license and passenger endorsement.Responsibilities:

• Safely operate motor coaches in compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, including assisting with luggage, answering inquiries, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable journey.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the motor coach to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of seat belts and ensuring passenger safety during boarding, travel, and disembarking.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including hours of service, mileage, and passenger counts.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and ensure on-time departures and arrivals.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of motor coach systems and emergency procedures to handle any unforeseen situations or breakdowns.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and provide a friendly and welcoming environment for passengers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and best practices for passenger transportation.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required to enhance your skills and knowledge.Requirements:
• Military veteran with experience in driving or related fields.
• Valid CDL Class A license with a passenger endorsement.
• Clean driving record with no history of accidents or violations.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with passengers.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of motor coach systems, emergency procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to adhere to schedules and timelines.
• Professional demeanor and appearance, representing the company in a positive manner.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
