the development and sustainment of a next generation simulation
program. Responsibilities include: oversight of the system
architecture and the full development lifecycle to include
requirements analysis, design, integration and test within an agile
environment while coordinating with teammates and
customers.Essential Job Functions:Full-cycle development experience
that includes requirements analysis, design, and implementation
within a complex suite of simulation productsAbility to decompose
user-level requirements into system implementation
requirementsCompliance with development guidelines and standards in
accordance with established government and industry development
processesUnderstand and adhere to project schedules and program
risksStrong interpersonal skillsExperience working effectively in a
team-oriented agile environmentBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
discipline with 14 years' experience OR Master's Degree in STEM
discipline with 12 years' experience OR PhD and 9 years of
experience.Minimum 8+ years software or system engineering
experience.Experience with constructive and virtual simulation in a
system engineering or software engineering roleExperience with
Simulation protocols such as HLA, HLAe, DIS, etc.Active in scope
DoD Secret clearancePreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting
military training events/exercises utilizing simulation-based
training systemsSecure systemsWeb framework/servicesThis position
reports to Orlando, FL, USA, however, this position can also be
worked from Unknown City, FL, FL, USA.Salary Range: $139,000 USD -
$208,600 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance

holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal
