PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A VIRTUAL POSITION. Our team works remotely
all over the world and there is no relocation necessary. If hired
you'll be working with a global team. We're currently recruiting
for a staff member that can work USA west coast PST time zone
hours. You can live and work from anywhere you want (as many of our
staff do!), but this schedule most allows for success in the role

Leadership and Business Coaching is at the Center
To continue our pursuit of mission to accelerate growth for fitness
businesses around the world, the NPE Growth Coach plays a vital
role in helping business owners/operators (and their teams) break
out of their default trendline. A default trend that is keeping
them from building the life they want... doing the thing they love
most. The ability to effectively challenge a client's (or
prospective clients) thinking, help them see the bigger problems
they are facing and show them the clear and proven path forward to
their goal is absolute requirement for this role.
NOTE: we believe in building cross functional teams. While this
role is acquisition focused supporting new, renewal, and ascension
program sales... this role will also support group coaching call
delivery (approximately 5 hours per week).
What does success look like for this role?
* New Revenue $ (new unit sales, renewal sales, ascension
sales)
* Closing %
* Pipeline Management 100%
* Self-Generated Prospects # (Referrals, Nurture, networking,
etc)
What skills are required to win?
* Supporting, engaging, and challenging clients throughout their
journey.
* Clean and concise delivery of information that builds
understanding and motivates action.
* Effective at leading conversations, overcoming challenges.
* Great with technology (Infusionsoft, Zoom, SMS, etc)
* Strong Leadership skills, particularly leading with empathy and
holding others accountable

What will I be doing?
* Leading sales calls with prospective clients
* Engaging a high level of communication and support with
prospective clients through email, SMS, and social media
communication
* Leading and challenging prospective clients to see the bigger
problems they are facing and show them the clear and proven path
forward to their goal
* Walking prospective clients through contacts, processing orders
and filling out reports
Things you've done in the past
* 5 years experience owning or as key leadership in a boutique
fitness business
* At least 2 years of sales experience of professional high-ticket
services
* Effective at leading conversations (including the challenging
ones!)
* Confident speaker/presenter
* Pipeline development and management
* Engaged in personal growth and development
* Delivering education and coaching personal and professional
development
* Great with technology (Keap, Zoom, SMS, etc)
