Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated groundskeepers.
Job Description

The groundskeepers are responsible for the upkeep and overall curb appeal of the community. Additionally, the groundskeepers will provide support to the service team members.

Job Duties

• 
  
• Promote a positive attitude
  
• Keep property, management office, landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up any trash littering the grounds
  
• Run compactor as needed if applicable
  
• Pressure wash, blow and/or sweep building breezeways and stairways
  
  
  
  • 
    
  • Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed
    
  • Assist with apartment make-readies as requested by trashing out vacant units
    
    
    
    • 
      
    • Replace air filters as scheduled for all occupied apartments
      
    • Clean pool area--hose down area, pick up trash, straighten chairs, etc.
      
    • Trash Outs
      
      
      Job Qualifications
      
      We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys being hands-on and helping customers
      
      
      • 
        
      • Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
        
      • Strong attention to detail
        
      • Some experience in groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial
        
      • Proficient in customer service and communication skills
        
      • Must be able to lift up to 50 -lbs. and climb stairs on a regular basis
        
      • Have a strong work ethic
        
      • Ability to work in inclement weather
        
      • Be reliable and dependable
