Marsden South is looking to hire an experienced 3rd shift Lead to oversee and lead his (her) team consisting of cleaners, Floor techs and other janitorial personnel in the greater Orlando, FL area. The supervisor's responsibilities include monitoring staff attendance, reporting absences, and coaching their workforce. They will also perform general janitorial duties as assigned.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*Providing training and guidance to his/her staff.*This candidate will need to be available for call-offs/fill-ins.*Comfortable dealing and (or) discussing attendance/performance issues and (or) areas of improvement*Other duties may be assigned as needed*Availability to be on-call while employees are present*Able to work long hours as needed to accomplish the job at handDetails:Times: Mon-Thu: 7pm to 3:30amFri 6pm to 2:30amMon-Fri (with open availability to work weekends)Requirements:Capable of defuse issues professionally
Able to utilize a computer
Previous lead experience required in a production environment or in a janitorial capacity
Able to be "on call" after hours and (or) weekend
Pay: $14.00Physical Demands:
--- Stand, bend, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
--- Stand and walk throughout an 8-10 hour shift
--- Make repetitive movements including, but not limited to, bending or squatting.Benefits
