full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our
normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary,
given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth
Group's Telecommuter Policy. Primary Responsibilities: Investigates
operational issues and escalates to the appropriate Enrollment
Specialist as needed. Supports the enrollment operations team with
improving technical enrollment processes, participating on project
teams including documenting policies and procedures to support
Binds internal and external stakeholders' requirements. Serves as
primary point of contact by troubleshooting problems and
identifying solutions with SDS (Binds clearing house); works with
this vendor to mitigate issues, automate manual processes, and
participates in weekly stakeholder calls. Oversight and management
of all user access to the Employer Portal for external and internal
uses ensuring proper security measures are in place. Supports the
Enrollment Operations Lead in ensuring self-funded, state, and
federal enrollment requirements are being documented, met, and
implemented. Performs other duties as assigned. You'll be rewarded

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: High school
diploma / GED (or higher) 1 years of experience applying enrollment
operations, policies, workflow, standards, laws and regulations 1
years of health care enrollment experience in Human Resources
member benefits (i.e. qualifying events) Experience using Microsoft
Excel (ability to create, edit, save, send, sort, filter, enter
data, and use basic formulas in spreadsheets) Preferred
Qualifications: Associates degree in a related field (or higher) in
Human Resources or related field is strongly preferred. Start-up

work area established that is separated from other living areas and
provides information privacy Ability to keep all company sensitive
documents secure (if applicable) Must live in a location that can
receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet

Colorado / Connecticut / Nevada / Washington / New York City
residents is $18.80 - $36.78.Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
