As a Executive Assistant I, -you would be responsible for executing
your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of
Service culture and driving company success through performing the
following tasks to the highest standards:
Develops a general understanding of the business to provide
administrative assistance and support
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skills and
confidentiality in the handling of incoming telephone calls and
correspondence
Demonstrates strong organizational skills in a fast-paced work
environment.
Ability to take and transcribe minutes
Maintains a professional appearance and attitude
Schedules appointments and meetings
Arranges business travel, reconciles expense reports, and creates
and streamlines processes and procedures
Maintains an orderly office filing system; files, faxes,
photocopies and distributes mail as required
Monitors project deadlines and deliverables
May generate reports
Anticipates needs of regional leadership and takes appropriate
action
Carries out all reasonable requests by management of which the
employee is capable of performing

QualificationsWhat are we looking for?

possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
2+ years of clerical and/or office work experience
1+ year of experience in customer service
Ability to interact and communicate successfully with all levels of
customers/guests, managers and executives
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Flexible work schedule, must be able to travel as required for
business needs
Proficient in MS Office
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate
the following capabilities and distinctions:
3+ years of clerical and/or office work experience
3+ years of Sales/Marketing experience in timeshare
Fluent in Japanese and English
Proven ability to resolve customer service-related issues in a
timely manner
Experience with Visio or other project management software
