Job Description:

Seeking a Service Permitting Coordinator in Orlando, FL for a well-known company!

Hours: 8:00am --- 5:00pm --- Monday thru Friday

Pay: $22-25/hour

Temp to Perm OR Direct Hire

100% in office - Orlando, FL 32809

Experience in mechanical, plumbing, propane or natural gas scheduling and permitting is a must!

Responsibilities

? Responsible for leading the overall efforts of the service department for the branch, which can include sales quotes and estimates, ordering of parts and appliances, coordination of tanks and equipment and work scheduling.

? Ensure that state, local and federal codes are followed in all branch activities.

? Work with local agencies to properly pursue and file permits in a timely manner.

? Engage in productive activities within the service department that contribute to the achievement of individual financial and performance targets.

? Recognize and embrace opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

? Establish effective relationships with customers by demonstrating the proper use of products and effectively communicating company offerings and services.

? Communicate effectively with team members and ensures information is provided that allows for the proper procurement of resources, tools and equipment necessary to perform service related activities.
