Entry Level Event AssistantAs an Entry Level Event Assistant, you will be an event representative who communicates with our guests and visitors for fundraising organizations.Each operations personnel needs to deliver a positive new client experience in this role. As an Entry Level Event Assistant, extensive experience is not required, but we hope to see previous internship or work experience, relevant coursework, and any relevant campus or community involvement. - -Entry Level Event Assistant Responsibilities:

• Guest relations and membership management
• Guest inquiries and donor card organization
• Attend client workshops
• Tracking sales and maintaining records
• General administrative support
• Create a high-performing fundraising event
• Planning, managing, and executing events -Entry Level Event Assistant Qualifying Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable interacting with potential clients and customers -
• Team player
• Customer-focused attitude
• A Second language preferred but not required -Entry Level Event Assistant Requirements for Consideration:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or Equivalent -
• Able to work well with a team as well as independently -
• Full-Time Availability
