The Custodian will perform general custodian duties as required by the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Transporting patients as necessary using company vehicle
• Maintaining company vehicles and reporting any issues to the Project Manager
• Emptying and disposing of trash
• Policing the exterior of the building and grounds to remove trash/debris
• Maintaining the rest rooms
• General cleaning of public and private areas of the practice
• Changing light bulbs
• Other general custodial duties as they present themselves Qualifications
  • Previous janitorial or custodial experience highly preferred
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Valid Driver's License (required)
  • An aptitude for technical tasks
  • Team player
  • Professional attire and demeanor
