Harness AssemblerThe Reserves Network is currently hiring a Harness Assembler for a busy automotive manufacturer in the Winter Park area. The Harness Assembler will be responsible for assembling a variety of different electrical components.Call our office now @ 407-774-7770 or book your interview at https://bit.ly/3QRVDEQ.What a typical day will look like:* Assemble harnesses, cables, switch panels, circuit boards, and a variety of different electrical components.* Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools.* Must be familiar with the safe operation of various tools - drill, screw gun, sander, jig saw, etc.* Understand and carry out verbal and written directions in English.* Close attention to detail.What you need:* Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other written or verbal instructions presented in English.* Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices.* Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.* Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.* Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools.* Familiar with the safe operation of various tools: including but not limited to drills, screw gun.* Ability to use basic mathematics.What is in It for You:* Pay $16.00 per hour* 1st shift 6:00a - 4:30pm* When you work as an employee through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as 401K, direct deposit, and our referral bonus program!The Reserves Network is a family-owned and veteran-founded company.
