Our Program: Magic is Within You
The Disney College Program is excited to offer a HBCU cohort
powered by Disney on the Yard for summer 2023. This cohort provides
an opportunity for meaningful connections and a sense of community
where all participants can be their authentic selves as we work
toward a more inclusive environment.

from all over the world. The Disney College Program allows you to
gain on-the-job experience with a world-renowned company, providing
uniquely Disney learning experiences, all while preparing for your
future.
With more than 20 different front-line roles offered across the
theme parks, water parks, Disney Springs and resorts, no matter
your role, a Disney Program provides a unique and diverse learning
and working experience. Each role truly gives each participant the
opportunity to build transferable skills, including networking,
problem solving, teamwork and effective communication.
This is a paid opportunity starting at $14 per hour. All
participants in this program must have the ability to arrive on
Monday, May 15, 2023. The program departure date will be Thursday,
August 5, 2023.

Your Program Role
During this exciting program, you must be willing to work quickly
and efficiently while exhibiting exceptional service standards
resulting in meaningful interactions with our guests. Your ability
to successfully demonstrate flexibility is critical, as you may be
placed and moved into any location across the Walt Disney World -
Resort property based on operational need.
Your location and role assignment will be provided no later than
one (1) week prior to your scheduled arrival date upon delivery of
your individualized itinerary. For more about the roles to which

Opportunities are available for students who meet the following

Candidates who receive an offer will be required to pay a $191
Program Participation Fee & Housing Fee within days of their
program offer date. Note: A portion of this fee will assist with
covering housing rent for your first week on the program.
