Lead Listing Specialist Keller Williams Classic RealtyHiring experienced real estate agents immediately!Single agent needed to fill salaried position as the Lead Listing Specialist for Keller Williams CLT Team - the ideal candidate demonstrates the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving listing agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements.The Lead Listing Specialist follows up on the seller leads daily, closes those leads to appointments, closes appointments to agreements, and then provides high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategy and staging the home for sale.A technology company that provides the real estate platform that our agents' buyers and sellers prefer. Prospect for seller leads, convert leads to appointments, and close appointments to agreementsProvide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale Market the home as appropriate Responsible for identifying, contacting, and obtaining appointments with prospects, as well as maintaining consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations for sellers Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close Oversee all aspects of sellers' transactions from initial contact to contract to close Negotiate for sellersQualifications: Active and unrestricted real estate license 10+ residential transactions in the last 24 months or 20+ life time transactions Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Calm under pressure Deep understanding of market trends, market statistics and accurately pricing a home Ability to learn and use new technology Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your marketThe Lead Listing Specialist demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending training courses, working from the office M-F, teaching when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearExperience level: 2 yearsSchedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate: Orlando, FL 32819: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)License/Certification: Real Estate License (Required)Work Location: One location
