_Customer Service Representative (Fashion E-Commerce - In-Office)_

Join our growing online customer service team at women's fashion brand Ravella. You'll be assisting our e-commerce customers primarily through email and live chat.

This is an in-person, part-time role, 2-3 days per week, 4-8 hours/day (flexible based on your preference).

*PRIMARY TASKS *for Customer Service Representative:
* Provide outstanding customer service via email, online live chat and by phone
* Assist customers with a range of customer inquiries including returns, exchanges, shipping status, and product questions, etc.
* Assist customers with size, fit, and style recommendations
* Assist with special order preparation
* Support office functions and general administration

*SKILLS REQUIRED - *Customer Service Representative:
* Excellent written communication skills (email, live chat).
* Highly organized, dependable, independent and exceptional attention to detail.
* Cheerful, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Familiarity with online customer service tools a plus but not required (e.g. Intercom, live chat), Gmail and Microsoft Office.
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
* Experience in fashion/apparel retail a plus, but not required.

*EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: *
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service; additional experience in retail is a plus.
* Experience in office administration, written communication or sales preferred.
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

*LOCATION AND HOURS: *
* Part-Time, in-person position at our offices in Winter Garden.
* Flexible hours depending on your availability; approximately 2-3 days a week; 4-8 working hours per day.
