Overview:
Kimley-Horn's Surface Water team is looking for an engineering
graduate with 2+ years of expereince to join our Orlando
office!
Responsibilities:
Roadway drainage design responsibilities includes existing drainage
analysis, permit research, obtaining permits for design, spread
analysis, ditch calculations, and ICPR 3 & 4. Technical writing
desired for Pond Siting Reports, Base Clearance, Hydroplaning and
Drainage Reports. Knowledge in modeling HEC-RAS, GIS, and HY-8.
Ability to work with programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and
OpenRoads.
Qualifications:
BS degree in civil and/or enviornmental engineeringEI certification
or ability to obtain within 6 months2 or more years of relevant
engineering experienceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal
skillsOutstanding organizational skillsStrong sense of urgency and
self-initiative to meet client deadlinesAbility to work both
independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage multiple
projects and deliverables simultaneouslyProficiency in
