Transforming healthcare and millions of lives as a result starts with the values you embrace and the passion you bring to achieve your life's best work.(sm) The QA Test Lead will drive UAT processes and works to ensure a thorough testing of all projects, as assigned. - Provides oversight, support and direction for all internal and external testers to compile and communicate UAT progress and results for approval. - Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages all user acceptance testing activities for all releases and new projects as assigned
  • Solicits test resources from Markets
  • Develops clear test plan as needed based on level of risk per process.
  • Reviews or develops testing scrips to ensure that data is tested for all scenarios.
  • Evaluates test results reported and selects from a range of alternatives to determine the appropriate action to be taken
  • Meets with and supports testers to answer questions and remove barriers
  • Compiles UAT/PPV results and works to gather appropriate approvals
  • Utilizes understanding of HEDIS measure requirements to ensure that test scenarios support compliance to definition
  • Supports the SDS/PSV department with tasks that directly support UAT activities for user stories and testing
  • Analyzes Business Requirement Documentation and project requirements to determine UAT needs of the business
  • Creates or revises Standard Operation Procedure documentation
  • Performs essential coordination with IT partner teams to meet our project and timeline requirements
  • Develops or assists in the development of work plans, task sequencing, and runs test cases to evaluate the extent of how tasks may be performed concurrently
  • Assists in estimating resource needs for analysts, programmers, user personnel, consultants, equipment, etc.
  • Advises the appropriate individuals of existing IT systems implications and how those implications can be applied to a problem
  • Performs necessary investigations, analyses, and evaluations to determine project feasibility. -
  • Performs routine duties independently; discusses or seeks approval on complex matters with the Senior Business Systems Analyst
  • Prepares routine project status reports

Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. (Four additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree)
    • 2+ years of experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis
    • 2+ years of experience in report development, analysis, and execution
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking experience/ability
    • Familiarity with multiple system development lifecycles (SDLC's)
    • Familiarity with systems design and database work
    • Ability to effectively work with both internal and external clients Preferred Qualifications:
      • 3+ years of experience in systems design and database work or experience implementing and supporting third party applications
      • Experience with major systems implementation experience

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
