This role requires a high level of responsibility and leadership to generate strategic sales growth initiatives. The selected individual will concurrently be responsible to grow and manage a portfolio of qualified accounts.Rise to the challenge. Find your Fuel.Job Description:--- Generate new accounts by following market trends to better understand client needs and available business opportunities.--- Influence senior customer stakeholders and negotiate complex sales.--- Anticipate customer needs and develop sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities.--- Conduct daily outbound outreach via email, phone, and social drips using sales engagement software to connect with new prospects--- Engage senior executives and marketing in targeted prospect accounts and orchestrate discussions around their complex business needs--- Acquire relevant business information which will be used to generate both effective pricing solutions and service solutions for new prospects.--- Establish and maintain new accounts acquired through rigorous follow-up and monitoring.--- Identify new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with the decision makers of the client's organization.--- Manage multiple accounts and submissions simultaneously.--- Embrace change, learn from failure and persist endlesslyWhat we offer:--- Uncapped commissions and advantageous bonus structure--- Strong benefits package including paid time off, health and wellness benefits--- No territorial boundaries--- Continuous ownership of clients--- Complete operational support--- Paid business mileage, business travel & entertainment--- Long term career opportunitySkills & Requirements:--- Bachelor or Collegial degree with at least four (4) to ten (10) years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with a proven track record of sales/business development in the 3PL industry.--- Strong leadership skills and negotiation skills.--- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative.--- Influential, consultative and solutions oriented--- Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.--- Strong presentation and communication skills.
