You must have prior phone sales experience and the desire to reach the next level.? The Business Development Representative for Institutional Sales is primarily responsible for exceeding their monthly, quarterly, and annual new client growth objectives.? The Business Development Representative will capture new clients by making daily outbound sales calls and taking inbound sales calls from prospective clients and referral sources working directly with investment sponsors, advisors, and broker-dealers.? The Business Development Representative will report to and receive direction and support from the Director of Institutional Sales.? The Business Development Representative will execute on NuView's Institutional sales strategy and quarterly sales initiatives, develop relationships with Institutional representatives and referral partners, and work closely with NuView's Marketing, Customer Service, and other company representatives.? ?The Business Development Representative will have a base salary plus commission. The Business Development Representative will travel 30 percent a year. Expectations New Client Growth?
    • Identify and qualify prospective advisors, broker-dealers, and investment sponsors from daily outbound/inbound calls
    • Enter qualified prospective clients into Salesforce CRM and begin following up immediately
    • Provide prospective clients with the services, benefits, and processes working with NuView
    • Close daily on new qualified prospective Institutional clients and referral opportunities Manager Supervision?
      • Prepare for, conduct, and take required actions from weekly meetings and monthly reviews
      • Receive and apply initial and continued training on the Institutional market
      • Coordinate daily on new prospective Institutional client strategies and initiatives Outbound Sales Calls?
        • Develop a list of non-qualified prospective Institutional clients and referral sources from Marketing/other sources
        • Make 40+ outbound calls daily to qualified/non-qualified Institutional prospects
        • Develop and manage in Salesforce a monthly pipeline of prospective Institutional prospects Inbound Sales Calls?
          • Be a primary resource to take inbound sales calls from prospective clients and referral sources
          • Incorporate qualified prospects from inbound sales calls into a pipeline
          • Effectively transfer inbound sales calls requiring additional Customer Service support Institutional Referral Partner Relationships?
            • Build a network of relationships and Institutional referral partners
            • Mutually discuss and refer new prospective clients with referral partners

              Requirements:
              • High School Diploma or GED.?
              • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management
              • College degree preferred. Financial/banking knowledge preferred
              • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
              • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
