Job DescriptionJob Summary:Driving sales in their
designated/assigned territories through providing exceptional
service to their accounts, motivating and education are key as well
as the prospecting and opening of new accounts. Account executives
are responsible for establishing and maintaining strong working
relationships with their accounts, the Spa team and all cross
functional partners.Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support and service to accounts, creating
strong business partnerships
- Provide strategic direction to accounts, creating formalized
plans to drive sales
- Create annual sales and strategy plans for each account.
Outline the necessary steps to meet sales goals monthly and/or
weekly.
- Create and execute events and marketing strategies that drive
sales, increase brand awareness and maximize merchandise sell
through.
- Analyze competitors' business, identifying opportunities to
improve our strategies and execution.
- Assist in inventory management and control, making necessary
recommendations to grow inventory levels and increase sales
- Ensure accounts have a consistent, thorough ordering process in
place that allows them to manage cash flow and sell through items
in a timely manner
- Ensure all accounts are trained on NuOrder to place their
orders
- Account executive must be proficient and comfortable with
system to place orders as well.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas through identifying ways to drive
the business
- Continuously generate a sales pipeline for new and existing
business
- Commit and agree with business owner on a consistent call cycle
and service strategy to meet and exceed the business needs
- Achieve key brand placement within the account, maximizing
bareMinerals and/or Buxom positioning
- Execute promotional events and key brand marketing programs
- Inform accounts to subscribe to all bareMinerals and/or Buxom
social media platforms to enable reposting capability on all social
assets.Qualifications & Competencies:
- Minimum of 3-5 years account/territory management experience in
the cosmetics/beauty field; Independent Accounts background
desired
- 3 – 5 years account acquisition/sell-in experience
- College degree preferred
- Steady and proven track record of sales growth
- Experience in developing comprehensive business plans, and
understanding of P&L's for the region
- Demonstrated experience working with budget parameters
- Training background with a focus on beauty a plus
- Aesthetics license, education, and artistry a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle that can be used
for business purposes
- Ability to travel as the business dictates and market
