Job Description:

location.Description:Develops, statuses, and analyzes Integrated
Master Schedules (IMS) in sufficient detail to monitor progress,
assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely
manner. Communicates schedule impacts and proposes corrective
actions to applicable stakeholders. Develops recovery plans to
ensure program milestones are completed in accordance with the
contract requirements and LM MFC financial plans. Use of critical
path methodology and application in network development, analysis,
and problem resolution is required. Performs independent schedule
risk assessments and mitigation planning. Performs cost/schedule
integration in support of Earned Value requirements. Supports
proposal activities including IMP development as required. Position
requires coordination with program management, program planners,
customer, IPT leads, functional leads, and CAMs. Trains new
Planners and students.Basic Qualifications:Microsoft Project,
Critical Path Methodology, and IMP/IMS Development expertise.
Earned Value Management experience. Proposal experience.Desired
Skills:Self starter, strategic thinker, flexible.Experience in team
coordination in an Integrated Product Team environment. Excellent
interpersonal skills, excellent team player.Can work with a diverse
group of customers.Experience training new planners.Bachelor's
degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or
equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of
professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with
