About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting, both direct sourcing and managing 3rd party hiring agencies and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.

Responsibilities
Deep understand of company culture and leadership statement
Perform Direct Sourcing through the multiple channels
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
Create and publish job ads in various portals and source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Screen applications and assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, effectively using our Applicant Tracking System (i.e. Workable)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Requirements
Over 5 years of proven experience as a Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Lead or similar role in the Rapid Growth B2B SaaS Technology Environment (like Twilio)
Proven experience of strong direct sourcing techniques and capability using social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github and Stack Overflow
Well connected with B2B SaaS Technology industry
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (i.e. Workable) and automated system
Excellent written and verbal communications skills and Strong interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

Preferred Requirements
BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field and/or HR certification (e.g. CIPD or SPHR).
Multilingual proficiency
Experience delivering employee training programs
