Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.

 

Receptionist Job Summary:

Serves as New Season brand ambassador as first point of contact for visitors, callers and staff. Maintains corporate office reception and conference room area while answering, screening and directing all incoming phone calls and greeting visitors. Provides administrative support to all departments.



Essential Functions:

  • Answers telephone, screens and direct calls.
  • Takes and relays messages.
  • Provides general information to callers; directs potential patients to the closest clinic for specific service information.
  • Greets people entering office, maintaining the security of the facility.
  • Maintains and keeps a log of temporary badges which are loaned to guests
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization; updates and distributes contact and address listings accordingly.
  • Sends and receives mail; sorts incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Maintains reservation schedule of conference room.
  • Assists in preparation and clean-up of the conference room for meetings as needed.
  • Maintains neat and professional appearance of the reception area and conference room.
  • Provides general administrative and clerical support for all departments as needed.
  • Distributes communications to staff as needed.
  • Maintains confidence and protects operations of the business by keeping information confidential.
  • Other duties, as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

 
  • Education/Certification: High school diploma and 2+ year's Receptionist or Front Office Representative experience.
  • Required Knowledge: Knowledge of organizational techniques and office equipment such as fax, copiers, and scanners. Must be computer literate and have extensive knowledge of all Microsoft products, especially Excel and Outlook, as well as Google applications. Knowledge of switchboard or multi-line phone systems.
  • Experience Required: 2+ years working in an office setting as a Receptionist or similar Front Office Representative, providing direct customer service.
