Under supervision, the Title and
Recording Lead is responsible for providing support to the Title
and Recording Supervisor as well as the team members. This position
assists with the processes that relate to document recording,
inventory recovery, cancellations, ownership transfers and
foreclosures, while responding timely and professionally to
Maintains departmental reporting,
team member tracking, updating organization charts, and processes
maps for all title and recording operations areas of
Supervises team members.
Assists with monthly and annual
Assists with performance
Communicates all department, Company
changes, and corporate announcements to team members.
Maintains oversight of day-to-day
operations of title and recording operations. Assists team members
to ensure efficient flow of each area within the

accurately and timely each month.
Facilitates weekly department
meetings; distributes meeting minutes to appropriate team
Supports leadership and training to
all team members.
Assists with on-boarding, training,
assignment, and setup of new team members.
Understands and requests files
through tracking system.
Creates, disburses, and tracks
reports to necessary banks and management personnel, as
Processes invoices, ensuring timely
Completes all required Company
trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
Adheres to Company standards and
maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as
A minimum five (5)
years of experience in the timeshare, real estate, and mortgage
- This position does
not include any supervisory responsibilities.
This position requires the capability
to understand and follow both oral and written directions as well
as knowledge and usage of correct business English and office
practices. Must be able to communicate effectively with others,
analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working
relationships, and interact successfully with internal and external

Working knowledge of real estate
titles and deed preparations.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft
