Job Description:

Warranty/ Repair Technician To perform estimates and repair work as scheduled by the warranty/ repair coordinator and maintain necessary communication with internal and external customers. To work as part of the Collis Roofing team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Arrive at the Branch in appropriate attire and punch in at the prescribed time. Performs estimates and repairs as scheduled by the Warranty/ Repair Coordinator. Communicates with internal and external customers as needed. Reviews estimates with WRC. Ensures proper materials are available to perform and complete scheduled work. Pre and Post meeting with the WRC to discuss the job and verify all work is completed per the contract, and/ or adjusted as needed. Ensures pre/ post photos are taken of work to be done and of completed work. Coordinates final payment when the contract obligation is fulfilled. To communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and other warehouse staff as needed. JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: -- Excellent communication skills. -- Organized and detail minded. -- Strong Knowledge of roofing systems and applications. -- Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic. -- Good attendance is a must. Maintains required driver license to operate company vehicles. Completes safety training as required by Collis and DOT on all vehicles and equipment.
