Job DescriptionWhat will I be doing? As a Sr. Digital Designer you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Executes a variety of tasks with rigid timelines while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Will be crafting emails, web pages, and interactive, multi-platform user interfaces, and occasionally collateral and other print design, in collaboration with the creative and content team and key partners to visually convey a particular message, idea or concept. The individual in this role will also be tasked with keeping up with the market and implementation of email and web industry standards and methodologies. * Work hand in hand with the creative and content team, Account Managers and collaborate with internal clients * Stay current with the latest trends in digital media * Collaborate with designers and copy teams to elevate overall standards of digital creativity and the brand * Lead digital media projects by understanding business and communications goals and translating them into creative solutions * Handle and prioritize multiple projects while meeting design objectives and identified timelines * Understand that content may sometimes override design * Ensure accuracy of work before final production. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: * 5+ years of work experience in design/marketing field * Prior experience as a Digital Designer or Web Designer * Working experience with email and website design, including a strong understanding of designing for mobile platforms * Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software * Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery and PHP * Strong visual style and thorough understanding of how typography, layout, color, images and interactivity impact design * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment * Work effectively with established timelines while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor * Ability to work well individually and also as part of a team * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
