Patient Access Team Supervisor - Great Opportunity with Growing
Company! Temp to Perm position! Pay $21/hour on temporary side &
$22/hour on permanent side Will get paid for OT if any is worked
Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Location: Orlando, FL 32825
Position Overview: The Team Supervisor at a minimum will need to be
able to fill all the responsibilities of the Patient Access
Specialist. In addition, this position provides day-to-day
supervision and support to a team of PA Specialists working from
the office and remote locations. Included in these supervisory
responsibilities are training, coaching monitoring, directing each
assigned team member to ensure COMPANY provides accurate,
efficient, and timely service. In this role the Team Supervisor is
also responsible for being the subject matter expert and having
extensive knowledge of policies and procedures to provide guidance
and support to the team.. This role is responsible for accepting
ownership of organizational goals and in the development, training,
coaching, counseling and mentorship of associates. The Team
Supervisor coordinates all activities regarding the escalation
process, assignments to COMPANY associates, assign work-flow to
team members and conduct monthly one-on-one sessions.
Responsibilities: ? Provides day-to-day supervision of team members
on their daily work using performance metrics, and company
processes to ensure team members are performing in-line with
company standards. ? Training, coaching, monitoring directing of
assigned team members. ? Handle escalated calls, complaints,
questions, and queries as necessary. ? Accomplish organization
goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different
requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job
accomplishments. ? Organize, design, and conduct training for
employees on the COMPANY platform by presenting information using a
variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as: role
playing, simulations, team exercises, and group discussions. ?
Interface and engage with associates at least 60% of the time to
assist with answering questions, guidance, and supervision. ?
Understands all assigned client specific SLAs and other obligations
and is able to communicate in order to drive team performance ?
Design and present work improvement and associate developmental
opportunities that promote individual, teamwork, department and
company growth. ? Accepting ownership of organizational goals and
in the development, training, coaching, counseling and mentorship
of associates ? Must be flexible in working all shifts that support
the needs of the business. ? Comply with privacy and security
standards, and applicable data and security requirements. ? Partner
with Sr Leadership to manage floor coverage for optimum patient
care / client experience ? Provide hands on leadership, oversight
and technical guidance to team members, and assist to resolve
difficult cases. Serve to provide leadership in the absence of Sr
Leadership as required ? Compiles and provides a wide range of
routine reports related to operations for management and clients. ?
Monitors adherence to standard operating procedures. ? Stays
abreast with industry trends and issues. ? Audits casework activity
related to contract and data integrity. ? Additional
responsibilities as needed based on department and projects
