is effectively a late or second-shift role. This is important as we
plan to expand operations into potentially 9:00–10:00 PM hours in
2026, and we want to set clear expectations upfront for candidates.

are seeking a dedicated Shipping Supervisor to ensure the accurate
and timely delivery of orders while maintaining the highest
standards of compliance and confidentiality. This position's
primary duty is the supervision and performance of shipping
operations, which is directly related and incidental to the
management and general business operations of TelyRx. Shipping
Operations Oversight: Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments,
including verifying accuracy of orders, packing lists, and shipping
labels. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and
deliveries, ensuring timely shipments. Monitor shipping costs and
identify opportunities for cost reduction Resolve shipping related
issues, such as damaged goods, incorrect addresses, or carrier
delays. Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect
to matters of significance as it relates to shipping operations.
Team Work: Assign tasks and manage shipping workflow on a daily
basis. Train new shipping personnel. Inventory Management: Maintain
accurate inventory levels of shipping materials (boxes, labels,
packing peanuts) and communicate reordering needs. Monitor stock
levels and ensure sufficient supplies are available for efficient
shipping operations. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence
to all shipping regulations, including proper labeling,
documentation, and customs compliance. Maintain detailed shipping
records and reports, including shipment tracking and delivery
confirmations. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures
to minimize errors and ensure product integrity during packaging
and shipping. Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage before
dispatching. Safety and Efficiency: Maintain a safe working
environment in the shipping area, enforcing safety procedures and
reporting any hazards. Continuously evaluate and improve shipping
processes to optimize efficiency and productivity. Requirements:
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a
related role, preferably in the healthcare or e-commerce industry.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical shipping practices and regulations
is highly desirable. Strong understanding of shipping procedures
and documentation, including proficiency with shipping software and
systems to manage orders, track shipments, and generate reports.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
related to shipping. Supervisory experience preferred, including
team leadership, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Technical Skills: Proficient with shipping software and logistics
platforms. Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement
and implement changes. Strong organizational and time management
abilities. Excellent communication skills for internal and external
coordination. High attention to detail to ensure shipping accuracy
and regulatory compliance. Education: High school diploma or
equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in supply chain management,
logistics, or a related field preferred. Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and move
