This individual will play a critical role in managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring clients receive outstanding support and that the cases move efficiently through each stage. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 Responsibilities: - Manage a caseload of per-litigation PI files - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters. - Gather and organize medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation - Draft correspondence, demand packages, pleadings, and settlement documents - Coordinate lien resolution and disbursement process - maintain accurate case notes and documentation in case management software Qualifications: - Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal skills - Organizational skills and attention to detail About Company A multi-specialty firm located in St. Petersburg, Florida.
