Job Description Job Description Busy litigation and trial firm,
located in downtown Orlando, with a National, Regional, and Local
practice representing Fortune 500 clients is seeking an
independent, detailed, motivated and talented associate or
of-counsel attorney with 4 - 10 years of civil litigation
experience (product liability experience a plus but not required),
who is able to take and defend depositions, argue hearings and
generally prepare a case for trial. Trial experience is a plus.
Candidates are expected to have a good working knowledge of
investigating and defending liability matters, as well as
experience with reporting to and interacting with clients. The
ideal candidate is a self-starter, has an exceptional work ethic,
is a great writer and works well in a team environment. Competitive
