Job Description:
Lockheed Martin, a leader in the research, design, and
development of advanced technology systems within the Defense &
Aerospace industry, is seeking a highly skilled Kubernetes AI
Engineer. This role is pivotal in integrating AI solutions in
secure, robust Kubernetes environments, supporting the
mission-critical operations of our defense systems. The successful
candidate will build and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant systems
and contribute to a variety of projects that utilize cutting-edge
technology to solve unique and challenging problems. At Lockheed

technologies thrive. Develop and maintain AI applications using
Kubernetes to ensure high availability, reliability, and
scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate
AI capabilities into broader defense systems. Design and implement
secure automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning and
management. Monitor Kubernetes and AI applications, implementing
best practices for logging, monitoring, and incident response.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance system
reliability and performance. Participate in peer code reviews and
provide feedback to enhance code quality and functionality.
Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, and other container management
technologies. Strong background in AI frameworks and machine
learning algorithms. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
and hybrid cloud environments. Solid coding skills in Python, Java,
or C++. Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, especially in
compliance with defense security regulations. Ability to
