to accomplish its missions. Job Title: Records Analyst Maintenance
Control Location: Orlando, FL Department: Quality Control Reports
To: Manager of Quality Control FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary: The
Records Analyst supports our Maintenance Control and Quality
Control departments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining
accurate aircraft records, supporting compliance, and ensuring the
integrity of maintenance and inspection data. The Records Analyst
must be detail-oriented and analytical. They thrive in a
fast-paced, high-impact environment and are committed to the
highest standards of accuracy and professionalism. Essential
Functions: Participate in the company’s Safety Management System
(SMS) as outlined in the SMS Manual. Maintain accurate records and
verify usage and time intervals between inspections and maintenance
for designated aircraft parts. Manage electronic databases or card
files for individual parts, including time-used data and inspection
findings. Review Operations flight logs for accuracy and apply
corrections as necessary. Conduct periodic audits of database
records to ensure data quality and completeness. Respond to
inquiries from the Maintenance Control Department regarding
historical and statistical aircraft data. Assist Maintenance
Control with data entry into AMOS and support part booking in the
system. Collaborate with Planning to address AMOS forecast issues
and relay necessary task updates. Track rotatable parts accurately
and verify their positions on individual aircraft. Prepare standard
and recurring reports based on file or database information.
Respond appropriately to urgent or emergency issues as they arise.
Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum/Required
Qualifications: Aviation background preferred. 3–5 years of
record-keeping experience preferred. Exceptional attention to
detail. Ability to work effectively in a high-impact, fast-paced
environment. Able to work any assigned shifts including nights,
overnight, weekends, and holidays Strong ethical standards and
professional conduct. Basic math and writing skills. Strong
analytical ability and good judgment/decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software

overhead lights). Ability to work in a confined office or open
