Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Writer/Editor to assist the
Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals in managing its appeals
workloads.
Key Responsibilities
Research, analyze, and create technical documentation, including
user guides and training materials
Translate technical information into clear, readable documentation
for various users
Organize and maintain documents in a documentation repository while
ensuring compliance with contract requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree
2+ years of experience in technical writing
Expertise in Section 508 Compliance
Experience with Microsoft Office suite and document preparation
Familiarity with SharePoint and version control procedures
