We are looking for Senior API Automation Engineer having expertise in Java. The person also involves in analysing requirement specifications, developing test plans, test cases, test scripts and planning for QA methodologies.
Key responsibilities:
Work with solution architects to understand the requirements
Write automation test scripts to test the APIs as per requirements
Work with developers to analyze defects and re-testing of defects
Attend daily standup calls to provide status to various stake-holders
Required Skills
6-12 years of experience in software engineering - QA testing.
Experience in API Automation Framework designing and improvement.
Expertise in API testing and Automation using Rest Assured / Ready API / etc.
Proficient in Java programming.
Experience using Version control (GIT), CI/CD Tools (Jenkins)
Good experience with Build Tools, (Maven, ANT, etc)
Debugging Tools (Charles/Fiddler)
Agile Management Tool (JIRA)
Test Management Tools (QMetry)
