About the job
As an EBT System Technical Lead, you will be the primary contact for the State Agency and their MIS operations and maintenance contractor for the eWIC system, interfaces, and communications with the eWIC System. You will coordinate and/or liaison with the eWIC Service Provider technical staff to support the project and the State Agency. You will also manage and encompass Government EBT and directed spend.
Our Fintech team is dedicated to building a better end-to-end payments capability that will support the current flex card program, filter spend, simplify merchant integrations as the point of sale but also for web and mobile marketplaces. The capabilities of the payment system should then be able to extend various other medical claims processes now and in the future. You will work with developers on open-sources project and technologies that will allow us to be build platforms at scale as well as benefit from the latest innovations in speed, simplicity, and security.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Designed and built processing engine for S3 network which integrates with major retailers across the US.
  
• Designed and built Visa transaction processing engine that integrated with S3 network.
  
• Partnered with Operations, Project Management, Analysis, and Quality Control member on release management project prioritization and scheduling activities.
  
• Direct project task execution and monitoring, delivering action plans and mitigating risks to project resources and timelines.
  
• Managed external relationships, directly working with vendors to scope software and service agreements.
  
• Collaborated with other IT teams, communicating, and negotiating needs to achieve project goals.
  
• Created and maintained strategies and product roadmaps.
  
• Recruited, interviewed, and hired new staff.
  
• Managed full project life cycle for customer and technology projects varying in size and complexity.
  
• Provided issue/risk mitigation action plans to control impacts to project regarding delivery.
