  • Lead and manage our software development team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
    
  • Develop and implement software development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
    
  • Manage and oversee staff augmentation services, ensuring high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
    
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop software solutions that meet their requirements.
    
  • Oversee the development of new software products and MVP services, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
    
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop proposals for new projects.
    
  • Ensure that all software products meet high standards of quality, security, and scalability
    
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and communication throughout thedevelopment process.
    
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless integration of software products and services.
    
  • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for development projects.
    
  • Ensure that development projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    
  • Continuously improve and optimize software development processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
    
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in software development to ensure our products and services remaincompetitive.
    
  • Develop and implement strategies for attracting and retaining top talent in the development team.
    
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for the company as a member of the leadership team.
    
    Requirements
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
      
    • At least 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.
      
    • Experience managing and mentoring a team of software developers.
      
    • Strong knowledge of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
      
    • Experience with Agile methodologies.
      
    • Strong experience in the development of MVP services and new software products.
      
    • Experience working with B2B SaaS companies is a must.
      
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
      
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
      
    • C1 english level.
