Job DescriptionWhat Will I be Doing?The Manager IT Compliance
role is responsible for maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations
technology compliance strategy. This person will manage compliance
efforts including PCI (Payment Card Industry), assists with
Sarbanes-Oxley (Sox), Privacy initiatives, etc. Develops, tests,
documents, evaluates, tracks, and improves Information Technology
(IT) Compliance controls for all Information Technology Resources;
collaborates with internal and external audit teams, Information
Technology management, General Counsel and Risk Management, and
other stakeholders to ensure compliance programs and IT Security
Policy deliverables are met.You will be responsible for driving
company success through performing the following tasks to the
highest standards:
- Manage staff of compliance analysts.
- Manage, document, and report on internal and external audits,
remediation efforts, and track exceptions.
- Provide PCI guidance to Hilton Grand Vacations and manage the
full PCI program and assessments with third-parties
- Participate in Hilton Grand Vacations' Security Review and
Change Management Process to ensure proposed changes will not
impact compliance efforts
- Participate in evaluation of third-party relationships to
Hilton Grand Vacations in which data is being shared or access to
systems are being provided
- Ensure compliance standards and regulations within Hilton Grand
Vacations' business processes
- Develops, implements, and maintains IT Compliance controls;
reviews existing IT compliance controls for regulatory updates and
performs the necessary gap analysis; creates and maintains various
internal and external audit and compliance schedules
- Reviews, documents, evaluates, and tests manual and automated
computer controls throughout the corporate IT environment; develops
and implements testing methodologies for application development,
IT infrastructure, security, and availability
- Designs and enhances for internal controls such as segregation
of duties, production change management, software management,
security, incident handling, and transmission integrity
- Designs audit/compliance programs to ensure ongoing evaluation
and validation of ITS control effectiveness
- Documents business and IT processes which are in-scope for
compliance programs
- Performs other duties as assigned.Our dedication to excellence

possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- 5-7 years related experience
- 2+ years managerial experience
- Background in managing IT compliance efforts for medium/large
business or background in completing IT compliance assessments
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work
with individuals at all levels in the organization and strong
relationship building abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to meet deadlines, keep organized records, and
troubleshoot issues.

- CISA or CRISC License/Certification
