Condux International is privately owned and has been manufacturing
cable installation tools and equipment for over 30 years, working
directly with the electrical contracting, electrical utility, IT
and telecom industries.Current Hiring Bonus of $3,000 Accepting
Applicants from only California, Oregon, Texas, Florida$60,000 Base
Salary + CommissionsPosition Purpose: To explain the company's
technical product specifications to the customers and advise them
on purchasing decisions, close opportunities and fill the pipeline
with new opportunities. Individual Contributor. Position Summary:
To conduct thorough market research and analyze competitor
offerings. To gather customer feedback and manage and grow the
sales territories. To have excellent technical skills, selling
skills and the ability to conduct in-dept. product demonstrations.
To remain up to date with the company's products, services, and
latest industry trends.Essential Duties:1. Preparing and developing
technical presentations with equipment in the field to explain our
company's products or services to customers. Presentations will
predominantly be in person, face to face with customers. 2.
Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers
and engineers3. Collaborating with sales personnel to understand
customer requirements and provide sales support4. Generating
high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact,
securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales,
and arranging deliveries5. Researching, developing, and defining
products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs6.
Helping Customers who have problems with installed products and
recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery7.
Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to
create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers into
Salesfoce.com 8. Identifying areas for improvement and
communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper
management and product management. 9. Setting and achieving sales
goals and quotas10. Training other members of the sales team on the
technical aspects of the company's products and services11.
Memorizing technical product specifications and keeping up to date
with new company products as well as industry trends12. Attending
conferences, lectures, seminars, and workshops to improve your
skills and knowledge13. Conducting market research and competitor
research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing
products14. Participating in conferences, workshops, and networking
sessions15. Writing reports and liaising with the product
management team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and
effective solutions16. Simplifying technical terms during product
demonstrations and post-sales customer support17. Maintaining
strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting
with new clients to expand sales territories18. Updating orders and
sales and negotiating the best company contract terms19. Listening
to customers' needs and advising them on the best products to
buy20. Travel up to 75%, it is imperative this Technical Sales
person be in the market, in front of customers providing
demonstrations, training and support to end users, distributors and
manufacturer representatives. Essential Areas of Responsibility: 1.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business
administration, or similar2. Experience in sales and the technology
field3. Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal
skills4. Excellent organizational, research and multitasking
abilities5. Strong negotiating and problem-solving skill6. Able to
understand and speak English fluently7. Able to Understand and
speak Spanish fluently (desirable)8. A professional experience9. A
valid driver's license10. Able to be approved to secure DOT
approval to drive company vehicles. Physical Demands:Must be able
to stand, walk, sit, kneel, twist, stoop, crawl, climb and bendMust
be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time and work on
