Job SummaryThe Jr. SyteLine Developer will be responsible for the development, support and maintenance of SyteLine (formerly Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP system). -The Developer works closely with the SyteLine Business Analyst/Developer and the Director of IT, Operations Management and staff to ensure user satisfaction with the ERP system. -This includes helping plan and organize enhancements / upgrades to the ERP. -CATS has been using SyteLine 9.00.30 since 2015 and will be upgrading to v10 in 2022. This will be an exciting opportunity for a strong v9 developer looking to learn and work in the v10 environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Adhere to software development best practices and minimize customizations that could create conflicts with version upgrades of the ERP System.
  • Create, develop, and maintain system enhancements through forms, IDOs, and SPs, Reports, DataViews, and Critical Numbers.
  • Documenting and testing within Syteline
  • Maintain and enhance the existing integration services with SyteLine.
  • Help troubleshoot system integration issues as they relate to the ERP system.
  • Provide database support by coding utilities, responding to user questions and resolving problems.
  • Maintain database performance by identifying and resolving application development problems; calculating optimum values for parameters; evaluating updates from new releases; completing maintenance.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets in accordance with established guidelines
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Participate in the development of corporate ERP procedures.Education & Experience
    • Five years related experience and/or training
    • 3 or more years of ERP technical experience in SyteLine (version 9+) required, experience in SyteLine v10 preferred.
    • SyteLine forms, tables, UET's and IDOs, VB/C#/.NET experience and Mongoose platforms.
    • Strong MS SQL, stored procedures and related database skills.
    • SSRS Reporting, Views and tables
    • Collaborate with other team members on the design and implementation of projects.
    • Knowledge in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, APS, QA, Factory Track is a plus.
    • Development and support of new/custom functionality, not apart of SyteLine OTB offering.
    • Support and maintain systems and applications, implement fixes, and perform system upgrades related to SyteLine.
    • Experience with add-ons including Infor OS, Mingle, IDM (Infor Data Management), CRM, Birst, Factory-Trak, Doc-Trac, Mobility App, Portal, and Forecasting is a plus.
    • Experience with SharePoint a plus
    • Experience maintaining a webstore and/or integration with an eCommerce platform is a plus.Basic Employment Requirements
