team is accountable for delivering product performance in alignment
with expectations, and updates changes to a product portfolio to
improve competitive position and produce optimal product
performance to meet customer and market needs. It is accountable to
the OptumServe business line P&L owners, and is responsible for
cross-functional stakeholder management, to include (but not
limited to) design, engineering, scrum teams, business leaders.
This team leverages market insights and emerging technology
developments and trends to understand market/customer needs, as
well as identify new opportunities or make adjustments to current
product offerings. Team members balance deep subject matter
expertise with knowledge of business use cases and strong technical
aptitude. - - As a Technical Production Operations Manager -you
will design, develop, and manage activities for a specific product
or group of products, from product definition and planning through
production, release and end-of-life. You will be responsible for
management of the full product lifecycle with a technical focus,
including the strategy, design, development, management, and
end-of-life of new, existing, or acquired products. - - You'll

as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
- Supports capabilities under a product area
- Understands the "what & why" of User Stories, their
relationship to Features, and how each may impact the user,
Demonstrates empathy for the customer journey; understands
applicable personas, Understands and effectively partners with
users, business, technology, and product teams to delight
consumers, Identify and appropriately leverage SMEs
- Partners with product managers/owners to prioritize work to
meet obligations and opportunities, Understand overall product
strategy and Roadmap, Understand the demand, priorities and scrum
team capacity, Ensure user stories are directly tied to OKRs
- Decomposes capabilities into manageable features/stories,
Partner with engineering teams on the creation of requirements and
user stories, Effectively balances needs of operations and
technical teams
- Supports team in decomposing features into manageable user
stories, Collaborate with Business Partners to gather any
information required for user story creation, Can articulate to
partners an understanding of core technology enabling business
functions, Support backlog prioritization
- Builds relationships to be a trusted partner, Attends trainings
to further advance knowledge, Able to operate in an ambiguous and
dynamic environment, Adopts growth mindset You'll be rewarded and

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in product management or technology
delivery roles
- 2+ years of experience working in an agile or scaled agile
development environment
- 2+ years of experience in analyzing customer needs, customer
engagement and product performance
- 1+ years of experience executing work across matrixed product
teams Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience -
- Certified Scrum Product Owner
- LESS certification
- Experience with application development and software
integrations
- Experience with product management and development, engineering
best practices, user experience best Ability to present complex
ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical
audiences
- Experience in Healthcare
- Experience working with state or federal government clients
including the bidding and implementation process
- Ability to represent 'the voice of the customer' in technical
discussions with architecture and engineering
- practices, design best practices, agile software development
methodologies, processes, and toolsets
- Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make
recommendations
- Ability to use straightforward, structured communication when
connecting with stakeholders
- Solid research and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix
environment

or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents
is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada
residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
