Job description Operational Days: Monday --- Friday Occasional Saturdays Shift Hours: AM (6:00 AM --- 2:30 PM) PM (2:30 PM --- 11:00 PM) Key Points within this Role: 1. Great customer service skills 2. Detail orientated and executes directives well 3. They will need to be technically inclined with general troubleshooting skills. 4. Technicians will be responsible for ensuring department achieves key metrics, repairing computers, and performing technical and system diagnostics as required 5. Ability to provide quality repairs with precision, on various OEM product line 6. Able to use a ticketing system and versed in basic Excel functions Job Requirements:

• Requirements/Responsibilities: -- Clear background and able to clear Level 2 background check -- CompTIA A+ certified -- Technical skills o Understands Diagnostics and troubleshooting fundamentals o Hardware repair fundamentals o General software troubleshooting skills o Basic networking skills o Able to navigate OS platforms - Windows 8, Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016 -- Detail Oriented -- Able to work in a--collaborative--environment -- Problem solving skills -- Customer Services -- Great communication skills in English writing and speaking -- Creative and able to think freely, when necessary -- Receptive to change -- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with daily quota -- *--Please note this individual will be lifting on a consistent basis at minimum 50 LBS* ----*Capable of sitting up to 5-6 hours a day.--* Preferred experience -- English literate -- Desktop, Laptop, and Printer repair skills ----Understanding--fundamentals of Imaging (OS) -- Ticketing and asset tracking knowledge -- Offsite related repairs -- Understands workflows --- Supply chain environment -- Has experience in Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Server 2008 R2, Server 2012, Server 2016, Server 2019 -- Flexible and adaptable -- Understands the fundamentals of computer deployments -- Hardware experience OEM platform o Dell, HP, Apple, Lexmark, Chromebook, or Lenovo
