A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Field Compensation to
lead plan design and execution for field and commissionable
roles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of compensation plans for field and
sales associates
Collaborate with HR and operational teams to optimize technology
and ensure program effectiveness
Analyze market trends and performance data to develop motivating
compensation strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business, finance,
economics, or related fields; MS or MBA preferred
7+ years of proven experience in compensation design
Experience in consulting on compensation strategy and sales
compensation program design
Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data
Proven track record of implementing effective compensation
programs
