Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist HR
Generalist.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and managing HR processes and procedures to support team
members throughout their employment lifecycle
Collaborating with team members to create an employee experience
that drives engagement and high performance
Managing the administration of benefits programs, employee records,
and payroll/HRIS system
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting HR team processes and
procedures
Experience administering benefits and leave of absence programs
Experience creating and leading new hire onboarding and employee
off-boarding processes
Experience in a fast-moving start-up environment
Strong integrity, discretion, and data integrity skills
