Job DescriptionThe HGV Intern will be responsible for the following tasks:

• 
  
• Learn the processes and procedures for their designated business unit.
  
• Leverage sourcing tools and TA systems to assist recruiting to source and screen intern applicants to fill vacancies
  
• Monitor requisitions to ensure quality candidate flow, take active measures with recruiting to pipeline additional sources as needed
  
• Assist Managers with matters of selection and questions as to requirements of the internship program
  
• Prepare materials required for a successful summer internship program
  
• Coordinate with Talent Development and Talent Acquisition to ensure a successful onboard of interns in all markets
  
• Assist Interns with questions related to their internship prior to their start date and ongoing throughout the summer
  
• In partnership with Talent Development and Talent Acquisition, develop as a summer project a relaunch to our HGV intern alumni program
  
• Attend a Sales Presentation and gain an understanding of the overall sales process
  
• Prepare a final report outlining work on assigned projects to a panel of senior leaders at the end of the program.
  
• Attend multiple development opportunities (both in-person and virtual) as outlined in the program.
  
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities.
  
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  
• Always model the Hilton Grand Vacations Values when interacting with guests both internal and external.
  
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Product Suite.
  
• Participate in a local community outreach event with assigned cohort group in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations' Corporate Social Responsibility platform.

  • High School Diploma/GED
    
  • Currently pursuing a 4-year Undergraduate Degree
    
  • PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook experience will be necessary. -
    
  • Intern should also have well-rounded experiences beyond classroom work. -
    
  • Attention to detail, organized and ability to multitask.
    
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
