4 Corner Resources is currently seeking an experienced full-cycle Senior -Recruiter -to source domestic and international specialized talent from traditional and emerging platforms. Ideally this candidate can utilize a wide array of tools, tactics, and networks. This opportunity will allow you to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the most qualified candidate. This is a remote opening and an excellent opportunity to expand on your enterprise level skillsets. -

Requirements of the Senior Recruiter:

• 
  
• +3 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
  
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems such as PageUp or Peoplesoft
  
• Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  
• Utilizes multiple networking tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs, and job boards
  
• A track record of creating effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to global markets
  
• Recent experience successfully recruiting engineering roles is preferred
  
• Bachelor's degree is relevant studies is preferred
  
  Responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and client groups to identify staffing needs
    
  • Develops strategy to acquire specialize talent for various departments within the company
    
  • Uses an intake process with hiring managers and develops recruitment plan
    
  • Sources and recruits' candidates for multiple hiring managers
    
  • Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in applicant tracking system
    
  • Prepares salary offers and receives approval of the hiring managers
    
  • Prepares and extends the job offer, sign on bonuses, seasonal agreement, relocation agreements and any other incentives
    
    Senior Recruiter Scheduling:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Monday to Friday Schedule -
      
    • 8 AM to 5 PM (Can be flexible)
      
    • Up to 25% local travel to facilitate client group meetings and to develop individualized recruitment strategies
      
      Senior Recruiting Compensation:

      • Pay rate be based on recent experience
