Ke aki Technologies has an opportunity for a Senior Recruiter to join our team. The primary focus of this position is to manage the full cycle recruitment process across a wide range of skill sets for government and Department of Defense agencies. This will be a hybrid/remote position.DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide full life cycle recruiting and sourcing support for professional and administrative support services, base operations, range operations, information technology, telecommunications, emergency & disaster risk reduction management and biomedical defense.Sourcing applicant tracking system, (Taleo), and job boards to include LinkedIn, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, Zip Recruiter and other job boards to find qualified candidates.Opening and closing jobs, generating correspondence, preparing offer letters, documenting candidate interviews, screenings, and related notes as well as proper dispositioning of all applicants.Develop and implement recruitment strategies including proactively source, assesses, schedule and prepare candidates for interviews.Ensure a diverse pipeline for open positions: engage and build relationships with diverse organizations and attend and recruit at career fairs.Cultivate strong partnerships within key hiring groups and senior leadership that result in successful candidate sourcing strategies, interview strategies and techniques.Ability to handle a high-volume requisition load consisting of varied skillsets commensurate with expectations of a Senior Recruiter.Accurately assess candidates for cultural, competency and skill fit, quickly synthesizes candidate and hiring manager feedback and routinely pre-closes candidates to ensure high acceptance rates.Partner with Manager to develop staffing strategies for current and future needs.Provide quality executive search services for customer needs both CONUS and OCONUS.Work closely with HR management and Hiring Managers in full-cycle recruitment, hiring procedures and compensation packages.Monitor applicant database and tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations, including OFCCP compliance.Build strong relationships and pipelines including passive and active candidates.Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to interface with hiring managers.Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED SKILLS:Six (6) plus years extensive exposure to the full cycle recruiting process.Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding individual performance goalsDemonstrated and provable experience incorporating non-traditional robust recruiting methods and techniques.Must have experience with Excel, Word, SharePoint and working knowledge of PowerPoint. Experience with Taleo is preferred.Must have excellent knowledge of the human resources disciplines and practices to ensure hiring efficiency.Knowledge of DoD and Federal Clearance Levels and Employment/Labor Law.Understanding of OFCCP and EEO compliance standards.Experience leading and driving talent acquisition projects.REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:A Bachelor s Degree with five (6) or more years of experience in Recruiting, additional years of experience can substitute for degree.REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP:Must be a citizen of the U.S.The Alaka ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is a fast-growing government service provider.
